Ensure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for all orders to process excluding preorders.

(Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays)

All orders made after 4pm will be processed for delivery for the following business day. You will NOT receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.

Please do not request tracking information or updates on your order unless the appropriate processing time for the order has passed, which is the amount of time you agreed to when order was placed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after order has been processed.

Shipping times are not subjective to any delays faces by Royalmail and we are not responsible for delayed packages. Always check for updates and exercise patience if it’s to occur.

After an order is in the hands of Royalmail, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
