Clean & Prep
Make sure your hairline is free of oils, makeup, or previous adhesive. Pat dry thoroughly.
Apply Hold Me Down Glue
Spread 1–2 thin layers along your hairline, waiting until each layer becomes nearly clear (tacky) before applying the next or placing the lace.
Secure the Wig
Press the wig’s lace gently onto the tacky area. Use a melt band or scarf for about 10 minutes to lock in the hold.
Removal with Lace Remover

Our glue is thin and clear, if it is runny please shake the bottle well and apply thinly.

- Clean your skin and hairline thoroughly to remove all oils, makeup, or residue.
- Use Skin Protect to prep your skin and improve adhesion.
- Apply thin, even layers of glue (3–7 layers, depending on your activity level or skin type), allowing each layer to dry clear and tacky before adding another.
- Let your lace cure for 24 hours before getting it wet or exposing it to sweat.

Yes! However, achieving a waterproof and sweatproof hold requires proper application and curing. Allow to cure 24 hours before exposing to humidity and water. High humidity or oily skin may require more layers or the use of Skin Protect for optimal results.

This may occur if the glue interacts with make- up, oils or moisture, there is a chemical reaction. Ensure the skin is thoroughly clean/ prepped with Skin Protect before application to minimize this issue.

Do not use lace glue on damaged, chemically peeled, exfoliated, sunburned, or cut skin. This can cause irritation or prevent proper adhesion. Always use 'skin protect' for sensitive skin. Apply glue to clean, dry, and intact skin. And always do a 24 hour patch test especially if you have very sensitive skin.
