Shake the bottle before using.
Prep the Area: Start with a clean, dry hairline free from oils or makeup. Apply Skin Protect if desired for better adhesion.
Layer the Glue: Apply a thin layer of Hold Me Down Lace Glue along your hairline. Wait until it turns clear and tacky, then repeat 3–5 times as needed.
Cover the glue tightly immediately after use to prevent air exposure and drying.
Attach the Lace: Gently press the lace into the tacky glue, smoothing it down for a secure fit.
Set & Cure: Wrap with a melt band or scarf for 15–20 minutes to help it set. Avoid moisture for 24 hours to ensure a lasting hold.

Directions
Ensure you’ve done a patch test/sensitive skin test and are satisfied with the results.
Clean hairline from oils and dirt
Apply the PBL skin protect to guard your skin & improve adhesion. Must have if you suffer from high perspiration
Apply a thin wide layer of glue and let it go clear and tacky. ( We recommend 3-7 layers depending on usage. For dolls with oily skin or have high perspiration we advise up to 7 but ensure they are thin)
Let each coat go clear and tacky before applying additional layers.
Once your last layer is clear apply your lace and let the meltdown begin !
Allow your unit to cure for at least 24 hours before getting it wet.

Our glue is thin and clear, if it is runny please shake the bottle well and apply thinly.
The glue needs to be shaken well before each use to ensure the ingredients are evenly mixed. If this happens, gently shake the bottle for 15–20 seconds to restore its proper consistency.

Yes! However, achieving a waterproof and sweatproof hold requires proper application and curing. Allow to cure 24 hours before exposing to humidity and water. High humidity or oily skin may require more layers or the use of Skin Protect for optimal results.

This may occur if the glue interacts with make- up, oils or moisture, there is a chemical reaction. Ensure the skin is thoroughly clean/ prepped with Skin Protect before application to minimize this issue.

Do not use lace glue on damaged, chemically peeled, exfoliated, sunburned, or cut skin. This can cause irritation or prevent proper adhesion. Always use 'skin protect' for sensitive skin. Apply glue to clean, dry, and intact skin. And always do a 24 hour patch test especially if you have very sensitive skin.
